We prepare and process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing might take a little longer — but if there’s ever a significant delay, you’ll be the first to know via email or a notice on our site.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations and are always expanding.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are charged by your country’s customs office and are beyond our control. For details, check with your local customs authority before placing your order.

  • To keep your skincare performing at its best, please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery to avoid temperature exposure.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. It usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Lost, Damaged, or Delivery Issues

If something goes wrong, we’re here to help fast.

  • Damaged Items: For assistance, please contact us through our support form within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging.
  • Lost Packages: We’ll open a carrier investigation and help you find a solution.
  • Incorrect Address: If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
