• We accept returns on orders purchased directly from herandmi.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
• To protect the integrity of our formulas, returned products must be unused, unopened, and sealed with the original tamper-proof seal intact.
• We cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original paymayment method within 7–10 business days.
• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
